The 5th Technical Workshop of the H2020 MOIRA Project, in collaboration with AMC Vibro, took place at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden from February 12, 2024 to February 16, 2024. The workshop commenced with a focus on foundational topics such as philosophy about Maintenance, Industrial AI and eMaintenance. As the day wrapped up, participants enjoyed a refreshing ice road walk, braving the chilly -30°C weather. From kick sledding to making a cozy fire, we shared hot coffee and snacks, adding to the unique experience. This was followed by delving deeper into condition-based maintenance concepts and exploring topics ranging from reliability engineering to cybersecurity in industrial contexts on Day 2. Following day discussions addressed machine maintenance strategies, modal analysis, and the implementation of smart maintenance. The workshop concluded with lab tours at LTU, enriching the understanding of cutting-edge technologies in maintenance followed by presentations from the ESRs, providing insights into their ongoing research and fostering valuable discussions.
