The H2020 MOIRA project hosted Transferable and Scientific skills training workshops from Wednesday 3/22/2023 to Wednesday 3/29/2023 at the KU Leuven Belgium. The transferable skills workshop included training on effective scientific presentations and proposal writing. This was followed by sessions on Lean Thinking and Change Management. The final day of the training included entrepreneurial processes, collaboration cases between academia and industry, and a Q&A session with experienced entrepreneurs. During the same week, Scientific Skills Training was conducted, providing a unique development opportunity for the researchers to learn advanced signal processing techniques.
